No matter the forms they take, our emotions are universal human experiences. They’re the tears that flow freely and the moments of silent contemplation. They’re the memories that flood our minds and the questions that haunt our thoughts. They are testaments to the depth of our connections, reminders of the love we share and the impacts we've had on each other's lives.

Learning to live with our internal experiences is a journey of healing and growth. It’s how we figure out how to both carry our pain and savour our pleasure. I would be honoured to be apart of this journey with you, whether you’re looking for a way to better understand your internal world or maybe just moments of respite from the storm.

My approach

I specialize in navigating grief, managing ongoing health issues, disabilities, trauma, gender and transition, and the ups and downs of relationships. My psychotherapeutic approach integrates elements of a number of approaches such as emotions-focused, narrative, self-compassion, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, to name a few.

Together, we will cultivate a safe and understanding environment where we can walk together on your path to healing, recovery, and growth.
